Fast X Review - Fast and Furious: Jason Momoa as Dante, the Hilarious Bad Guy Who Steals the Show

Fast X is SO MUCH FUN to watch!

Fast and Furious #10

Get ready for some high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal action with the latest installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, Fast X. This movie is all about crazy car stunts, explosive fight scenes, and a whole lot of fun. And, it's just the first half of the storyline, so hold on tight because there's more to come!

Dante, the Ultimate Bad Guy:

Now, you wouldn't typically think of a bad guy as someone who's funny, fashionable, and oozes swagger. But Jason Momoa as Dante brings a great vibe to the antagonist role. When I watched him I could not help but catch glimpses of Jack Sparrow, The Joker and delivering fantastic one liners, that is Dante. Momoa's performance along with his humor and style make it wonderful to love to hate this guy!

Action-Packed and Over the Top:

Fast X takes the whole "go big or go home" motto seriously when it comes to action. While they don't go to outer space this time (yeah, they actually did that in a previous movie), the fight scenes and car stunts are absolutely insane. Buckle up, because you'll be on the edge of your seat, jaws dropping, as you witness mind-blowing action sequences that defy the laws of physics.

Let's not forget John Cena as Jakob (the brother) and Leo Abelo Perry as Little Brian (the son) bringing some very lighthearted levity along with some strange, fun overthetop action.

A Story Split in Four:

It is obvious the shooting schedule had to work around Covid.

There are 4 aspects of the story happening separately (No Spoilers).

1. Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto and Jason Momoa as Dante

2. Michelle Rodriguez as Letty and Charlize Theron as Cipher

3. The Team (Tyrese Gibson as Roman, Ludacris as Tej, Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey,

Sung Kang as Han,

4. John Cena as Jakob and Leo Abelo Perry as Little Brian

A Surprise Treat:

Oh, and guess what? Fast X has a little treat for you after the credits roll! Hold onto your popcorn because there's an end credit scene featuring The Rock. It's like an extra moment of excitement and a sneak peek into what the future holds for the franchise.

Conclusion:

Fast X keeps the Fast and Furious Franchise legacy alive and kicking with its heart-pounding action, hilarious moments, and unforgettable characters. Jason Momoa as Dante brings a refreshing twist to the bad guy role, making us laugh and cheer at the same time. The movie serves up some mind-blowing car chases and fight sequences that will leave you questioning reality and physics. Fast X is a wild ride you don't want to miss. So buckle up, and prepare for a turbocharged adventure that will keep you entertained from start to finish!

This was a great choice.
